Rules and Regulations of smart club
1. Everyone is supposed to arrive at PIC at 7: 45 A.M. sharp.
2. Role takers must pay Rs. 20 as fine if they are absent and Rs. 15 if they are late.
3.Incase of absenteeism, the respective roletaker must inform the coordinator or the board members by Thursday. If it is informed on Friday, then the roletaker must pay Rs. 15 as a fine and Rs. 20 as a fine if it is informed on Saturday.
4. Late comers should pay Rs. 10 as a fine.
5. For 1 cell phone ring, the respective person should pay Rs. 15 as a fine.
6. Mobile phone should be in silent mode inside the world bank office premises.
7. Side talking is strictly prohibited.
8. No cross question is allowed at the time of question answer round.
9. No one is allowed to interrupt any speaker while he/she is speaking.
10. We are not allowed to leave the hall in the formal session without the permission of the OCA or any executives of Smart Club. Violation of this rule will result in Rs. 10 as a fine.
11. After the formal session ends, we have to register ourselves by paying Rs. 15.
